          This weekend we try to target stream fishes using the Fly Fishing technique. The fly tackle set used is 5wt. Still comfortable for the size of the upstream Pelus river. Even though it is possible to use 4wt or even 3wt it is personal taste. The fishes species in this upstream are still around Rasbora, Channa Limbata and Mahseer fish. The natural beauty of the Upper Pelus River stream is the main attraction instead of the fish. This fishing spot has a fairly steep terrain. the river situated in a valley. so to reach the fishing area we have to walk downhill for approximately 20 meters with an average road slope of 45° or even more at some points, make it a challenge to reach the river. but the efforts will definitely pay off when we reach the bottom of the valley. beautiful scenery with shrubs and plants covering almost the entire cliff towering on either side of the river bank. accompanied by natural sounds such as birds, monkeys and mountain in...

Perburuan ikan mahseer dengan teknik casting masih berlanjut. kali ini perjalanan mancing kita lanjutkan di spot mahseer daerah Rempoah kecamatan Baturraden. Yang pada video 2 tahun yang lalu kita berhasil mengalahkan teknik tegek dengan score 2:0 pada pada waktu itu dalam video https://youtu.be/OIAikFlrYQo.Kali ini posisi kita dikalahkan oleh Aulia EI Hakim dengan posisi 0:2 masih dengan teknik yang sama yaitu casting versus negek. sampai akhirnya kita gunakan jg teknik negek nutul di arus deras. Meskipun belum mendapatkan ikan mahseer tapi kita berhasil landed anakan ikan baung/baceman. Lumayan daripada tak dapat ikan sama sekali.
